Add-ons
- Hostee-managed texting (default): Hostee registers your business and texting campaign with the carriers (A2P 10DLC through Twilio) and assigns your venue and staff numbers. One-time $79 registration & setup, then a monthly SMS bundle.
- SMS bundles: 500 texts $15 · 2,000 texts $49 · 5,000 texts $99 per month, on top of the texts your plan includes (unused texts don’t roll over).
- Bring your own Twilio (optional, cheaper): connect your own Twilio account instead. You handle your own carrier registration and pay Twilio directly for numbers and texts. Included in Premium and Team; $10/mo on Starter, Pro, Solo and vendor Pro.
- AI voice refills: client voice 1 hr $9 · 5 hrs $39 (paid by the client through Stripe, or by the venue).
- Owner/team AI packs: +$19/mo (2× included use) or bring your own xAI key.
- Extra seats: $9/seat/mo beyond the plan’s seats.
- Extra venues: $149/mo each (Multi-venue).
- White-label (no Hostee branding anywhere, custom domain + sender): $99/mo, Premium and Team.
Processor fees (at cost, plus 0.1% on Stripe & Square)
- Team Pay via BILL: ACH $0.59 · check $1.99 · Pay Faster $11.99 · international per BILL’s rate for the country/currency.
- Client payments: your processor’s standard card / ACH fees. Stripe and Square payments also carry Hostee’s 0.1% platform fee; PayPal, QuickBooks Payments, Authorize.net and Clover have no Hostee fee.
- Per-event vs per-seat: plans are flat per venue with a seat allowance; client voice AI is the only per-event allowance (1 hr per event).
